Here is my training route for Lands End to John O'Groats, just took me an hour. I shall expand it as and when but i think its a good start. Pretty much bang on 10 miles. now i just need to be able to do it 8 times a day, 12 days in a row :). Bad conditions today with high wind and rush hour. Also the roads are awful after the winter. Think i will try and do most of my training on the road as the difference between the gym and the road is immense.
Off to group work now, until 10. FML
